Can request the European Spendensiegel all nonprofit, charitable or church organizations which are recognized in the European Union.

The request for an application is made in writing and formless. The request must be enclosed:

• the statute
• the notice of exemption from the tax office
• registration with the local court (if available)
• the last two annual financial statements
• the last two annual activity statements
• an audit report if available
• the names and home addresses of the persons who have powers Account

The first audit report may have been created by an auditing firm freely chosen . In subsequent tests the auditing report is to be carried out by an independent body appointed by the European Spendensiegel auditing company.

The business language is German first . The English and French version is in preparation .
